Strange actions of the race manager of F-Indy here in São Paulo.
The Q3 was cut apart in two sets, one with 12 cars other with 13.
In the first Q3 the Frech pilot Simon Pageneaud hit the wall:

In the second Q3 James Jakes engine broke, the cars were removed from the track, so far no problem.
Unfortunately the race manager cancel the remaining time practice in both Q3 and various pilots were prejudiced, they dont had fast lap yet, cause they had given only slow laps to warm the tires.
If this is not manipulating the race result I do not know what is.
