I am sure everyone has a nearly full list of rooms to visit. I know I do. But there's always room for one more, right?
Therefore, I will - without great shame - suggest you add rooms 1016 and 1018 in the tower to your list, where Gilbert Yeung (Blue Circle Audio) and Bob Neill (JM_R speakers) will be hanging out.
Blue Circle will be showing a new hybrid integrated amp, the DAR, which features the 6SN7, plus a lot of other stuff, including their small component line, the SB series. I want to hear the SBH headphones. Bob will be bringing JM_R Cantabiles and Offrand Signature models and he'll be using both Blue Circle and Audio Note Dacs. People familiar with JMR may be surprised by the sonic differences in these two speakers, and how many of you heard a BC Dac, let alone been in a position to compare it with an AN Dac? Since Bob is both an AN and a BC dealer, his willingness to display both Dacs makes a pretty strong statement.
Anyway, go see these rooms. BC is also in the recording business, now.
