Could someone post a link with a Photo of this amp.
Could you share on what the stock versions specs are? What the Specs are after moding and what exactly is the moding? Like what components and other stuff is changed?
I have a B&K that is modded and it does what I need.Alot better than the stock version. About the only fault is Bass could be alittle better. Comes very close to a Krell.
I will be posting pictures of the modded units in the near future. I will paste an email I sent a customer a while back which talks about the mod a little. As far as specs, they remain about the same. You know what they say about specs, "You can't hear an oscope reading"

Stock specas are as follows: 100w@8ohm- 130w@4ohms , 260w bridged into 8ohms.
Mod stuff:
I perform a mod on the bipolar power supply. I use XXX
caps, the size of coke cans with very low ESR (effective series resistance)
and a very high end XXX. The binding posts are reworked and the 1/4"
phono plugs are replaced with Cardas RCA's. Strategic weak points on the
pcb's are augmented with point to point wiring, as the traces in some spots
are like tinker toys. The operational amplifiers are replaced with much
nicer sounding units, and I place sockets on the board so that you can
change the op amps should we discover even better sounding units. The fan
unit is removed along with the half wave rectifier which injects a ton of
noise back into the transformer core. The switch is bypassed inleu of a
very high end XXX amp breaker. The fuse is also removed as it is a strangle
hold on the sound. The caps are very large and act as a dead short until
they charge up (hence the XXX amp breaker), but the power supply is very very
stiff and the unit literally sounds like a 700watt amplifier. Other sound
enhancing mods are performed as well.
Best regards,
Don
