Nico has shown they way to everyone...IMHO Hamilton still can't come tog rips yet with this car. He is managing the car/tires, he has yet to race the track.  I like seeing both go fast, Go Hamilton!

Interesting to see if they can survive the "Tribunal" over the tire testing.

My view is that Vettel's car can not be stopped.
Even Damon Hill was champion with the fastest car.

Definitely 3-4
1) Alonso
2) Hamilton
3) Raikonnen

Maybe
4) Nico Rossberg
5) Nico Hulkenberg

Then the semi reckless
6) Romain Grossjean

A group with potential

7) Adrian Sutil
8) Jean-Eric Vergne ( no clue why it's a smiley instead of the #8....)
9) Valterri Bottas

And the declining/possibly over rated
10) Fellipe Massa
11) Mark Weber
12) Jenson Button

Not sure where to rank some of the others, including Sergio Perez (starting to remind me of Grossjean.....)

I think Vettel fits in just behind Raikonnen

As expected Mark Webber,36 a pilot of spectacular honesty, a necessary quality when you have to share high speed corners, is out of RBR for 2014, he will run at World Endurance for Porsche, a much more interesting car than the a F1 electronic car.
Good luck for Mark in the Endurance, the races I really would like to watch on TV.

Willians F1 Team is completing 600 GPs in this Silverstone race.

It is pretty obvious now that McLearn designed an awful car this year and there is absolutely nothing they can tack onto it that will help, short of scrapping the high front suspension and designing a new tub.

I suspect that when Hamilton saw last winter that they were working on a car similar to last year's Ferrari, that is what caused him to bail out.  Smart thinking!

Watch the darn thing over bumps, it appears to have no suspension travel at all!  I saw one CanAm monster years ago (1970s maybe) at Road America that had no suspension at all.  Needless to say it sure cornered fast on smooth surfaces, but oh my god was it a mess over bumps.

It's just amazing/sad what McLaren did in the off-season. They were arguably the fastest car at the end of last season. There were virtually no changes in the sporting Formula for this season. Rather than fine tuning the car a bit and concentrating on the 2014 car (with all of the major changes), they decided to emulate Ferarri's (failed) pull-rod front suspension.  :duh:

I thought they would have had a good chance of taking the constructors trophy if they had followed a fairly conservative tact. Oh well....

I just hope somebody besides Vettel wins, or this season is going to be over. (I can't picture him finishing out of the top 4-5 the rest of the way, and that's what it would take).
