I would think as far as production goes, by having a masonite board made and drilled for a few coil ties and terminals versus fabricating a completely drilled PC board, you might only have to spend a few dollars more for the point-to-point finished product. I also wonder about possible effects of rather large power and ground planes on the PCB.
If you plan to offer finished speakers, don't take Danny's great designs and driver selection and Ruben's fantastic cabinets and compromise them with a crossover that's not as good as it could be. Besides, you would then be able to advertise "handcrafted point-to-point wired custom crossovers".

Hi Steve and all Audio Circle members.
When I gave my instructions to the Vietnamese technician on what I wanted, I gave him a sample masonite board, but when he got back to me with the PCB, I guess he wanted to impress me and he custom made a PCB.
Masonite board and point to point wiring would have been cheaper than the PCB but now it's done, finished and agree or not, look better than a piece of board with soldered wires...
The crossover will be hidden somewhere in the enclosure, does it matter if it's a piece of wood with point to point wiring or a nice looking PCB ?
I don't think I am compromising anyone's design, the wiring was done as per Danny's diagram, the only difference is the PCB and I will fix the coils orientation.
I can do some minor cosmetic changes without compromising the original performances... Don't you think so Mr. the perfectionnist ? (LOL)
My future Audio 13 business will advertise Audio 13 tube amplifiers Made in USA by Blair at Nisteshade Audio with point to point wiring and speakers with Open Baffle H frame configuration and hi efficiency and Made in USA by Ruben. I think that should be enough to attract potential buyers.
Don't you think so Mr. By the Book ? (LOL)
After a short Vietnamese audio market suvey, I found out that no one is going to offer what I will offer. I will offer something different and exclusive, of course, until the Vietnamese start to copy me...
I will go by the book with a touch of originality.
