So, don't mind the messy board as it's just scrap to make the initial jig. All dimensions are accounted for, a minor bump out on the back was made to accommodate the 2 x 250 amp and dsp board. And make it 2 inches taller then the original Blackmore. I'll have to redraw the side insert when I get to that point..

All the spacing was done for the new Acoustic Elegance 6.5's along with the 10" passive radiators.. This is going to be allot of fun!!!
