Just got Bonobo - Days To Come... Wow. This is one of those rare albums that is a work of art from start to finish.

A new Thievery Corporation album was released on 9-23-08 (yesterday!) entitled Radio Retaliation.

The Ninja Tune label has a new release: Mr. Scruff - Ninja Tuna

Both are really good.

The new Sound Tribe Sector 9 album "Peaceblaster" is pretty good.  Not as good as "Artifact" but good.

Skinny Puppy Remix Des Tymper or whatever is a great disc to drive to and what not. It sounds good enough to listen to but it is repetitive in the sense that electronica is...

That is as the name emplies a remix album. As you should know remixes in the techno world are usually boring and VERY long.

Dirty Vegas - Dirty Vegas (2002)
Wasn't mentioned, worth a listen.

... not really my favorite type of music nor am I an expert on what groups fit the electronica/trance/house genre, but I did enjoy running through Thievery Corp, Chemical Brothers, Arcade Fire, and LCD Soundsystem albums recently.  Some were well produced and engineered.

Haha, awesome!

Try this, http://torn.tranceverse.com/chris/

Not the high res versions that were in that .rar link, but it'll give you the idea.  If you like 'em, PM me and I'll have Chris put the high res version back up for a couple days.

Would Robert Miles fit into this genre?

Miles/Gurtu is one of the best sounding discs I own.

Mike just turned me onto this album at last weeks Vandersteen 5A audtion at John Rutan's Audio Connect store in Verona, NJ and I have to thank him for turning me onto Robert Miles. I already had a 3 albums from Trilok Gurtu but Robert Miles had escaped me. Now not only do I have Miles/Gurtu album, I also downloaded Dreamland and Organik, the latter getting multiple spins. :D

Cheers,
Robin
