Just noticed overstock.com has the JVC RX-D202B for $194.95 and the RX-D302b for $324.95. Add in the 10% off and it's not a bad dealhttp://http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2.cgi?siteID=isIkAyUyNbM-l5qCWJPH9_QjmuO_f4aqwQ&PAGE=STATICPAGE&PAGE_ID=2646&CID=70011&fp=f
Keep in mind that it matters who you buy this from. You should make sure they are an authorized dealer. Also things like return policy are immportant also. This cannot be stressed enough. Its better to pay more and have a liberal return policyIMHO.

D'oh! Man, I wish I had seen that at Best Buy. I have a 10% off coupon, too. I could have bought it for about $62 instead of $90. Drat! My Amazon order has already shipped, too. Oh well, live and learn. How do the pieces look/fit together?

Hey, el cheapo,How have you hooked up the DVD player to go into the amp? I'm still waiting for the DVD player to come, but the one I have hooked up temporarily will only work in analog mode, so it's unable to identify when a disc is DTS or DD, etc.
Does the DVD player have an optical digital out? I see the amp has an optical digital in, but I don't think the DVD player has that function. Oh, and does the DVD player come with a cable to let you connect the two units together for the remote? Or do I need to get that cable, too? (I wonder, can I just use a cheap earphone-style cable?)
