I was thinking it was all the elderly people deciding to play shuffleboard on the starboard side.

I just hope nobody ever lets Chuck Norris into space...the only real challenge left for him would be to knock the earth of its axis!

In two weeks, hopefully.  I just finished finding a way to pay for them and the MO should be on the way to them tomorrow.  The dealer has been extremely patient and cooperative.  I didn't leave a deposit, just my word.

I like doing business that way.   :thumb:

I like what I hear.
The same thing when I purchased my 20.1 in the US. I thought I can pay and have them delivered in one week. Then it was more then 3 weeks. Sending money via paypal, arranging the local pick up at the dealer(he did't want to ship them at first, so I had to organise everything by myself).
But in the end it was worth it, even the dealer was happy, that the 20.1 went to me and he wished me a lot of pleasure with them..

Yeah, they have bent over backwards to make this happen, but there were glitches on my end.  I just took it out of a small savings account.  Hell, I am in my 60s.  It'd be stupid to wait a few more years for something like this; that many fewer years to enjoy them.   :thumb:

Knowing the amount of trouble you give people, that's a wide choice Bob.    :thankyou:

Exactly.  I have a long list of vociferous people (look it up, BISL!) plotting revenge against me.  I consider that something of a badge of honor.  Can't WAIT until they get back at me, because then it'll be MY turn again!    :icon_twisted: :flame:

And those are my FRIENDS!

Whattsa matter, Bob, did you forget the man code?  The part where it says "ignore your enemies, but make your friends' lives a living hell?

If you weren't, I wouldn't be giving you so much crap!    :duh:

Seeing as how you found a dealer that was very helpful would you care to name them?

Sure!  But I'm a little afraid it'll put a hex on the deal if I name them before the speakers arrive.

Audio Center, Deerfield Beach, FL, just north of Ft Lauderdale.  David Hardin spent hours demoing for us, and Carole, the office manager, worked hard to help with credit cards (it's a consignment sale for a regular customer)

Great email correspondence, same with phone support, gave me advice on some amps I have in the basement, you name it.  Very patient and friendly.  No fake BS or attitude..  Audio done RIGHT!

Sending the certified check off this morning.

Sex???  I'm an audiophile.  We don't need no stinkin' sex!   We stay (pardon the expression) up all night while the wife/GF/SO is out cold in the bedroom! :shake: :hyper:

Isn't that right, BISL?

Your wife did demand an equal listening chair.
Why not make it a large couch?  That's what my next furniture purchase will be.  I'm no fool.

I paid for the damned speakers.  Let her pay for the dual listening chair.

A couch?  Nope.  Aside from the obvious benefits, I'll have no place to put it when I do studio work.

And it'll screw up the room's Sheng Fooey!
