hi just wondering how to do a factory reset on a sp1.7 with version 44a,  is this the latest version.  i would also like to get a black faceplate and knobs for my 1.7 to replace the silver.  does anyon know how much this costs

what are the changes from 44a to 44e, anyone know the cost.  does anyone know if there is a factory reset remot code, i think i found it once in here but cannot find it again.

I believe they may be at the Bryston website under Technical Info.  There were changes in bass management among other things.  When I had my SP1.7, I think 44d is the last one I did as there were just minor changes

ok so i have called twice, and emailed about the faceplate, i belive the person i am trying to reach is mike pickett.  i still have not heard anything.   does anyone know if there is a factory reset code.  my nephew was playing with my remote and changed things that i cant seem to fix or find... i would like to start from scratch.  someone please help

I don't know the codes for the SP1.7, but for the SP2 the Restore Factory Defaults code is 254.
