I have my 1.5 phono on top of the BP-26, then the MPS-2 power supply on the next shelf up on doubled up rubber bottle stoppers (size 7 on top of 10) feet. So the power supply is about 4" above the 1.5 chassis top. With a VPI brick above where the RCAs enter the 1.5.
Then my DAC, which has a look very similar the the Bryston front panel, on more rubber bottle stoppers above the MPS-2 power supply
A VAC Standard tube preamp is under the BP-26, with extra distance via old ceramic feet from a dead Sony 89ES player. The VAC is used to 'buffer' the (old) DAC output to the Bryston BP-26 (The VAC Standard also has a separate power supply which is on the floor).
Then on the shelf below that is an Audio Research SP-15 I use sometimes as a second (tubed) phono section. (this Audio Research preamp also has a separate power supply a ways off.)
So yes I have three Preamps with separate power supplies in my racks. (I bought the ARC and the VAC used, And the ((retail $7,000 new)) ARC was my pre before I bought the Bryston.)
Whoo Hoo! Bryston Rocks!
