Correct, replace the U jumpers and 1ohm resistors(which I have on now)on the tweets,as I bought the 3.7's(6months old),Didn't have a second set of U jumpers. read some reviews on the Empirical jumpers and they seem real promising, some prefer them over the Cardas jumpers.
Price is right and if they open up the 7's more then were good.
I must say what the maggies do for bottom end(kick drum)is just like being in a sound booth with a world class engineer, superb sound,
let alone the midrange. To bad my room wasn't a lot bigger, they still sound excellent :thumb:.

My system was all black at one time except for the preamp which is black and silver. When Bryston come's out with a new sound card in the BDP I'll then upgrade that to silver. (anyone want to swap a Silver BDP-1 for a black one? LOL)

hi, folks!

just got a Ligawo HDMI audio switch (audio deembedder). this small device has one coax and one optical output for digital signals up to 192/24 (not sure if the optical out is limited to 96/24...have to check that). there is also a stereo out (minijack). however, the unit is housed in a metal body which makes it pretty sturdy :thumb:. the power supply is external. it was about 60 Euros - nice price :green:

i recently purchased Rolling Stones GRRRR! album (blu ray audio). the recording is done in 96/24 but my player only gives out a 48khz signal (not sure about the 'bits' as the BDA-1 only shows the incoming khz-signal). having the player connected with the Ligawo the BDA-1 gets a 96khz signal :D

A pair of ATC SCM-19 monitors from Flat Earth Audio (with matching stands from Tyler Acoustics).  They are integrated with a SVS SB13 Ultra for a wonderful  sounding reference setup for two channel .

Very nice Samura, awesome...just curious, given the overwhelming press and extreme doting, why not Bryston loudspeakers?

Very nice.  Love to match with a couple of Duke's subs in a larger room than I have.
