Add JPS Labs wire (42 feet): + 95.00

A single unit (center channel) comes with the shielded woofers, needs only 14 feet of wire, and does not include floor spikes. Price is $185. each.

Add Sonicaps and Mills resistors: + $57.50
Add Vampire binding posts: + $15.75
Add Cardas binding posts: + $29.00
Add JPS Labs wire (14 feet): + 42.00

Just checking (and probably shooting myself in the foot :duh:), the web shows 'add JPS wire' for the pair at $42.

Is there a typo somewhere

If there is can I have a finders fee of the listed price when I order some aa (maybe next decade if I'm lucky :o)

Oh, and would the three sheets of NoRez do two TL and one sealed? TIA!

Hey Guys,

You all know how much I adore paper-backed veneer... here's just one of the reasons why:
http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?action=gallery You only get one chance to sand it right...

First $400 gets them.

Veneer is cherry, waterborne topcoat.
Full No-Rez lining.
No binding posts have been drilled yet.
I was thinking of doing a sunburst effect around the edges to hide the "distressing" I guess I still might if nobody wants them...

I'm going to go somewhere and vomit now.

Wasn't meant to be....
Can you shoot them black?

Stupid question. From your comments I guess the veneer is thicker when you don't use paper backed?
So, why did you use paper backed for this project?

Peer pressure.

Did you also use contact cement?   :)

E, you've got to get over your bias against paper-backed veneer.  I've been using it for years, as have many other DIY-ers AND professionals.  I've never had sand-through nor contact cement problems with it.  Tell you what - quit dissing paper-backed and I'll drop the subject too - deal?  :)

Nope.  :D 1/42" is not enough to do what I want. 3/32" works fine for me.

Where do you find that?
http://www.veneersupplies.com/veneerinfo.php
Thickness - Each raw wood veneer offered is standard mill thickness between .027" and .033". The patinated copper veneers are .005" thick. We also offer 10 mil paperbacked veneers which are approximately .02" thick.

EARGASM, your mind is closed - you are a professional high-end furniture guy, and my hat's off to you and your skills.  We will agree to disagree.  Of the thousands of sheets of paper-backed veneer sold every year, I would bet most does NOT go to us "Joe's", but to professionals.  And, if you want to talk about Green, paper-backed uses less of the tree per sheet.

Okay, let's get back to speaker building... :)
