Just heard on the news that Robin Williams died of asphyxiation and possible suicide. No details available yet. What a loss!

What a shame and a tragedy. One of the few "entertainers" I enjoyed watching in cinema. He was very gifted and a joy to watch. Just like Tom Hanks, he was a good "actor", not just a comedian. He will be missed by many people, for sure.

Just saw breaking news headlines everywhere on the net. I grew up watching many of his works and had many laughs.

This is sad, I don't think anyone see this coming. If it is really a suicide than there is a dark side behind his funniness.

But why?

How sad.

He was one of my favorite comedians...heck, one of my favorite actors period. Williams was very open about his struggle with alcoholism and depression, and his battle was very inspiring to me. It's a shame his demons got the better of him in the end. R.I.P., Robin Williams. Your passing leaves the world a sadder place.

I don't usually get choked up about celebrity suicides, but this one hurt. Rest in peace Robin.

Hey!

You're right. Now I remembered that he have check himself in a rehab before.

I guess for him being funny, making people laugh is a way of getting away from the demons inside him.

I can't think of anyone like him. He is one of a kind. Well, heaven is now a funnier place.
