I suppose somebody could get hot and beat them, but I agree, Freo, they look like a team on a mission and hitting on all cylinders.

There's no team out there that that's in a hurry to play Seattle. A different team from the one that lost to Dallas early on. Their intensity will be hard to deal with.
Play-offs are fun!

Don't see anyone beating the Seahawks.  They are on a roll right now.  The scary thing is Russell Wilson is getting better at the passing game.  The Patriots COULD maybe get by the Seahawks, but can't see it right now.

I would be a happy camper if the Lions could somehow get by the Packers this coming week.  Rodgers is dinged up, and if Detroit brings their A game pass rush, yoou never know.

But the Lions looked pretty mediocre against the Bears. Or to put it another way, the Bears looked pretty good against them. A couple of stupid easy dropped ball and a pass interference no-call being correctly made and the Bears win that game. Which is not a good sign for Lions fans. Bears are bad.

+1!

Not to mention the fact that the Lions are a bunch of cheap shot scumbags and I'm not even talking about Donkeykong Sue.  The Bear receivers forgot how to catch and the refs forgot how to spot an obvious pass interference call that would have given the Beads the ball on the 1 yard one.

Stafford is as bad as Cutler, too careless in the redzone.  Aside from the occasional jump ball to Smegmatron, he is worthless. The Lions will get what they have coming to them against the pack. Crap team playing for a crap town.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Gotta feel kinda of sorry if Dallas meets Seattle in the playoffs.  For Dallas, that is.

Jackman, you are just jealous.  11-4 is a good recoed, and no amount of your BS vile will change that.  Anyone from Chicago has no business trashing any other city.

Merry Christmas.

Retracting my comment above for the time being.  Let's see how Seattle looks against St. Louis first.  Hmmm.

Chase Daniel gets the start for KC in a huge game.  :thumb:

Keep an eye on this kid. He's the next Drew Brees. I hope KC lets him go all out.

J.J. Watt for MVP. I wish the League had another hundred like him.

Yeah, Watt has had a very deserving year.

No chance. Sort of need to be on a winning team.

I dunno.

See Bill Simmons' article this week or this for good arguments for Watt. Though Simmons is torn.

The question is, how valuable can a player be on a losing team? If he went on IR they would still be bad and go nowhere.

Not to mention Watt didn't even lead his conference in sacks which, for a defensive MVP candidate, is going to be the stat rating that most counts for voters.

Making a bad team less but still bad is not "most valuable".

Agreed!  Donkeykong Sue needs to sit down for a while.  That "accidental" step on Rodgers' injured leg is what I've come to expect from this punk thug. I wish someone would put a helmet on Sue's knee and end his career perminantly.  He's a cheap shot punk and a disgrace to the league.  Kind've like how Detroit is a disgrace to the USA.  On second thought, Donkeykong was made for Detroit. Go Packers!
