What about guys like Roy Buchanan, Michael Hedges, Leo Kottke, etc.?
Well, I think it's pretty lame when someone spells his name Jimmy Hendricks and then has the nerve to say that he is only the third best guitarist.
Just to be difficult, what about Doc Watson, Norman Blake and Tony Rice. This, in my opinion, is a stupid thing to argue about. Good guitar players are a dime a dozen. Many of them are unemployed. Now, good contra-bassoon players would be a worthy topic of discussion .Doc
This guy is my all time favorite: http://youtu.be/9efHwnFAkuAMartin
Seriously doubtful you are a HendriX fan, you don't know how to spell his name correctly.
Johnny Lang??? Maybe too young yet...
That was a very insightful remark; however you’re actually ultimately wrong by your premise. As I can not say that I am truly Hendricks fan, proof by the number of purchased music I own of his. I do study and play a few of his songs, couple I know by heart, without looking at the music. So you are correct I would not say I am a fan. You would have been closer to the truth to say I am not a very good speller.Harrison
There are 32 Hendrix CDs?
