I'd like to see a BP28 -- using the same general topology as the current 26, but with the new discrete surface mount op-amps from the SP3. (My BP25 with MPS-1 is still an amazingly great preamp. Coupled with a fairly new 4B-SST2, and a BDA-1, it makes a great system, so it's not like I'm complaining

If these new surface mount op-amps/input buffers are such an improvement, perhaps using them for the input buffers for the SST2 series amps will result in an improvement in them too. I wouldn't be at all surprised if some of the boys in engineering at Bryston aren't finding out if that is the case.
