I just put in about compressed down 1-2mm of this stuff between my cartridge and tone-arm

My highs on my MMF-5 with Grado Gold opened up a lot! The bass may not of gone down, but it seems like it, probably due to more highs. Things do seem a bit more detailed.... It would help a lot I am sure if I just got my turntable onto a heavy platform or something other than the carpet next to the speaker haha...

Oh yeah also since it is sticky it was WAY easier to put the cartridge back on... especially since I lack a Styli cover and the tool to remove it anyhow.

Mine just sounds more 'settled' with it.  Bass notes are firmer and the rest of the frequency spectrum just sounds more 'settled' overall.

It won't sound like anew cartridge, but it should sound like you are milking what you got for more of what it can do now.

Way to go, D.O.S.  :thumb:

I see what you mean about settled... I would say that it enhances fine detail. I have had to play with my stupid weight some more, but overall the stress points sound less like the nedel is gaining some float around while trying to track.
