Here is my X-MTM build thread:
https://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=170542.msg1805831#msg1805831

It is slightly different from Danny’s design, with the ports in the front instead of the back.  But it works well in the room that they are in where they have to be up against the wall behind them.  My thread discusses this in more detail.

I broke out my AV123 X-Statiks just for a visual comparison to my Super 7’s.

X-STATIKS BUILD

Since Danny just did a video on the X-Statiks, I thought I would add a link to my build I did last year.  https://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=164148.0

How are you liking these? My plan is to get them one day, but I haven't heard any first hand accounts. I'm in love with the x static

Love them!  Resolution is up there with the best I’ve heard.  Like someone else said, I’m done shopping for speakers.

I love my Statiks too!

Quick Question... How many sheets of No-Res are required for the Servo Sub Kit 4?

Takes 2 Sheets of No-Res according to Danny for this project. Primed and sanded. Going for a smooth look. If I hate it then Dura-Tex covers all blemishes.

I've built a few speakers this past year, but this is my first GR-Research build. They were built from scratch, not a flat pack. I'm extremely happy with how they turned out. After the X-Statiks I'm gonna build a X-Voce and then a pair of X-LS Encores for surrounds.
Thanks for checking out my build!

Does anyone offer build services? Putting together a kit for someone else?

Why are you blacking out parts of the values of the parts illustrated ?

To not give away the values, since they are Danny's design. If you want to know the values, you habe to buy the kit.
It's a common practice on this circle.
