Very cool, but the avatar doesn't look like me.

It looks just like you :thumb:  - It is more or less the eyes and some other minor features they apparently incorporate.  It would probably take a lot more work on the program to make it more accurate.  They spent a fortune on the movie to get it that way.

Yes it was excellent.  The CGI is amazing.  Many movies you can tell that it was done.  It is seamless.

James Camron was in DC for earth day.  Chris Mathews had him on Hard Ball tonight and he made a pretty decent pitch about us depleting our natural resources and the need and the history of the powerful exploiting the weak for their resources .................obviously making references to Avatar.

The CGI and audio are amazing, but that's about it. The plot is predictable and the  casting is subpar. :sleep: :thumbdown:
