Picture Of The Day or Picture Of The Night ?
Just came back from our house's roof on the fourth floor.
Nikon D200 at F22 at 15 secs. at 3200 ISO.
I guess the fact that my pictures are not razor sharp,
it's probebly because it was very windy up there
and even with a sturdy Manfrotto 190 tripod
my camera must have shaken a little bit.
I will try again this week when it's not windy
and I will put some weights on the tripod legs.
Anyway, enjoy and do some constructive criticism.

Great picture. But it is scary and confusing. How do the cars go anywhere?   They appear to be trapped.

Why did you use such a high ISO?

Don_S is right how do these people have room to drive, even the Amsterdam road looks like it has no room to drive.

Why did you use such a high ISO?

Hi thunderbrick,
going with, let's say, 1600 ISO instead of 3200 ISO would have required the speed to double
to 30 seconds, therefore, increasing the chances of shakes...
However, I will do more pictures with different ISO, time and F Stop.
Just have to wait for the wind to go away...
In addition, the contrator is supposed to come fix the roof this week,
that's what he said last time he was here,
but as usual, I don't believe Vietnamese when that state a date... :(

Yeah, I get all that, G13, but as I'm sure you know, high ISO adds noise and tremendous contrast.  Why not use a bigger aperture?  Your subjects were far enough away that DOF shouldn't have been an issue.
