Hey Guys -
Yes, Mesa Arch - Moab, Utah.
Wife and I camped outside the park, got up before sunrise, drove to the spot, and waited………..

That's just fantastic.  Which lens at what focal length?

This weekend we were hit by another snow and ice storm. Here's an iconic country view under grey skies, wintry mix and icicle coatings.

A few of my wildlife shots recently.

Got a kick out of this coyote trying to catch a field mouse.

WOW!!!  :o

Dude...You're amazing.

I barely feel worthy of posting in this thread.
I try to post things I feel are interesting, worthy of conversation, or images that make the viewer "feel" something. I lack the skills to be called a "photographer".
But some of you guys should be working for National Geographic with your skills and equipment.

Frankly, I'm blown away with you fella recently.
PLEASE keep posting. It's inspiring.

Yes indeed, someone can post a simple picture (to them) but can be very moving to someone else. That's what's so unique about photography, we can all look at the same picture and all have different thoughts and emotions about it.

PeteG - Fabulous shots there.

Here are a few of my own that I took at the local riparian. These birds have been giving me hell. They'd perch just long enough for me to draw my camera out slowly so I didn't startle them. As soon as I would bring the camera up and look through the viewfinder to locate them, they'd fly away.
I love these birds because they look "normal" from certain angles, but if they turn and the sunlight catches them just right, watch out. I've had them actually blow out a couple pictures because of how brightly they reflected the sun.

These birds are absolutely stunning:

Don - Thanks. Patience is definitely a learned skill for me.

These are Anna's Hummingbirds. They are tiny. You could probably easily close your fist around one of these things.
