Ran into a problem where I was unable to update my firmware and take advantage of some of the cool things that are available in the latest update for my BDP-1. James contacted the troops for me and team Bryston swarmed into action.
I worked with Chris (who has started posting here on AC) and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it over one quick session.
If that hadn't worked, Melissa had a plan B that would ensure that my firmware was upgraded. Can't ask for more than that.
Before this little hiccup, I was already a very happy Bryston customer due to the outstanding performance of the BDP-1. This great customer service further enhanced my view of Bryston and puts them up there as one of the best audio companies I have dealt with.
