Very nice. I'm perhaps 80% done with my Teres rebuild. I picked up the Verus motor/controller last year at RMAF and took delivery in February; this was expected as Chris told me up front it would be quite some time for delivery. That prompted a redo of everything else. I purchased a platter and bearing assembly for one of the Teres Certus direct drive units as Chris had some assorted parts that were not production quality and needed rework. I've completed most of that and will be gluing up the plinth today and with any luck turning the captive nuts for the footers and the footers as well. Still have to make a new arm board but I have some 1.5" thick phenolic sheet and some 2.5" dia brass, so I should be able to carve out something suitably massive and rigid for arm board. With any luck it will be spinning next by next weekend, we shall see. Really nice work on this one. mike
Look forward to seeing the build. It would be fun to do a build around on a certus unit. What arm and cart are you running?
Another nice table from "bill" table guy...
Bill the table guy, has a nice ring to it. The one he built for you is spectacular.
stink away, Mike. I need pictures of your operations, if possible.Do you have a benchtop lathe?
Bill,Beautiful job. You gotta build me a Teres Plinth with many armboards. I am tired of going from one table to another for different albums.
