Interference from Transformers

Hi James,
Ideally, how far away should we place/setup other equipments (sources & preamp) from the power amplifiers and the TorusPower, in order to avoid interference, if any, from the big transformers within those amps/isolation units?
Thank you.

Hi,
Yes they are very large transformers but given the Toroid design the magnetic field is very concentrated around the core and diminishes by the inverse square law. Think of it like a donut. So a reasonable distance I would say - depending on size - would be 6 inches to a foot.
