I assume you are referring to a desire to buy American. Since you are buying used, it doesn't matter. The dollars sent to foreign interests have already been spent, and money spent on used items only benefits the US economy internally and has no bearing on international trade.
But for US manufacturers using US real estate and US workers to assemble, I think it's Sota, Walker, and VPI. There's Stanton, Newmark, and others that have stuff made offshore, so they don't count, I assume that's your rules.
