Hi James,
I was wondering if you could get in touch with Mike Pickett about wheather the front faceplate of my BCD can be changed to the newer radiused faceplates. I emailed him over a week ago and have not gotten a relpy back. I have to take the BCD in for servicing of it's LED display and figure i may as well get the faceplate changed while it is at Bryston.

Hi Mark,

I checked and I assume your in Germany?  Mike tells me the faceplate can not be changed by the consumer as it is not an easy task so you would have to contact Sun Audio our distributor.

Thanks for the quick reply. Actually i live in Canada in the K-W area. Would i take it into my certified Bryston dealer Natural Sound in Kitchener and have them send it in to Bryston?
