I will be out too! At least for a few hours. Could you e-mail me your address again?  kenseger at charter dot net

Obscure?  Well.... which albums by Budgie do you want me to bring out there?  How about Nutz or Mallard or Apollo 100?  I'll dig down in the boxes and see what else might be of interest.

Ken, I've got If I Were Brittania I'd Waive the Rules but I don't go any deeper into Budgie. Those guys ROCK! I've also got the Conquistador/nude Apollo 100 but that's where I stop. Hey, bring yours along!

Mitzuman, I go pretty deep into the Lucifer's Friend catalog; debut, Banquet, Where the Groupies Killed the Blues, Mind Exploding, Just a Rock 'n Roll Singer, Good Time Warrior, I'm only missing a couple. I'm 98% sure I've got Automatic Man. It's marked as a "Got" on my database though I should physically check just to make sure.

For you guys that haven't been out before, check your PMs as I will be sending my address and a Google Maps link in the next hour or so.

Hey Guys,

Do me a favor, when you show up if all of the parking spaces in the driveway are taken, pull around the south side of the house (across the lawn) and park there rather than on the street. The ground is plenty hard so no worries about leaving tracks or sinking. You'll see my cars parked over there.

Danke!

I'll drive the Jeep just in case.

So what time is everyone going to get there? Being the noob, I want to make sure I'm fashionably late.  :D

Well guys, sorry...It's not looking like I'll be able to make it tonight.  :(
Somebody else will have to bring the unfrosted blueberry Pop-Tarts.

Have fun, see ya next time,
Bob

I would say Scott's chair won the best of show, with everything else being uniformly excellent 8) This was the first time I made it ouy to his house, and it was a memorable visit.

Most everything had me drooling, but that chair had me laughing out loud, including the buttshaker woofer.

Thanks so much, Scott, for a great spin!

I don't know what was most obscure, but I liked Dixie Dregs  "What If" on beautiful 1978 vinyl.  Gotta find that one.  Ah, the chair has claimed more victims.  With the new, improved Cornzillas and the chair shaking your butt, DSOTM was pretty awesome.  Watching Ken jump when the buttkicker, uh,  kicked in was priceless.

Hey Scott, hoped you liked my audio version of Crocodile Dundee...."now that's a tweeter, mate"

Mitsuman (Craig) great to meet you and we need to come over and hear the Mitsu rigs.  I'd love to hear those babies.  Hope you guys got to bed early so you're ready for the trick-or-treaters tonight.  See you guys soon.

P.S. Scott, the Cornzillas were MUCH improved.  You need to come up and hear the M12s in the front room and bring some Obscure Vinyl.  It can play at "Stupid-Approved" levels.  :thumb:

Good times for sure. Thanks very much to Scott and his wife for the hospitality. I'm damn glad I made the trip, and hope it the first of many fun get togethers.
