You might also get some responses on the VMPS circle here on AudioCircle.
I would suggest posting your question there as well.
I know of at least one Bryston dealer that is very active on that circle.
Best of luck.
Hi Cliffy and GE,
Yes that is me. I am a
VMPS dealer and a
BRYSTON dealer and have many
VMPS clients who love the sonic results of the relationship.
The
VMPS speakers will certainly reflect the quality of the electrons you feed them and if you like accuracy and purity, the
BRYSTON is surely one of the best choices to place in the drive chain.
My standards are always "low noise", accuracy, high amperage/power, and ability to respond to and resolve micro and macro dynamics.
BRYSTON provides this and your RM30's will do the rest. As well, as long as you choose a model with moxy (4bSST or above) you will have the BASS the speakers are capable of. Leading edge attack and impact with 300wpc will be quite exciting. As well the RM30 is a 4 ohm load so you actual power limits will be more like 500wpc.
And stability is an important quality and the
BRYSTON amps provide that in spades. The
7bSST will simply take that level and ease of dynamic transition even higher.
The
BRYSTON amps (IMO) are among one of the best choices for your
RM30's.
