Why does it seems like people arent getting any support from klaus@odyssey. It doesnt seems like he responds to any of the question regarding their products. Am i missing something?

Ah yup...even Klaus has a life outside of Odyssey Audio.
He's dealing with family stuff, so give the man a break.

Call him but not in the morning as he keeps late hours. E-mail and posting here won't do much good.

He can be a bit difficult to get hold of but he will take care of the problem. I've always gotten help from Klaus when I have needed it. Odyssey is basically Klaus and Alex.

Is all good. At least we know we are getting  the support, other wise there is no point in getting the product.

Klaus is great.  Odyssey equipment is great.  But there is always a risk when doing business with such a small firm.  The company / brand is always 1 accident or illness away from trouble....which is my only anxiety.

I look at this as the price you pay for such value and personal support.
