When Iggy and the Stooges emerged from Detroit in the late 60s, they played harder and with more fierce intensity than anyone out there. The Stooges made three records before breaking up for nearly 30 years. The last one is Raw Power, and it became a standard for punk and hard rock to follow. In this one-hour radio special, you'll hear about the creation and influence of Raw Power from Stooges Iggy Pop, James Williamson and Mike Watt, as well as musicians Henry Rollins and Johnny Marr and photographer Mick Rock. Hosted by Jon Langford.
