I have to agree with you there....the vibe of blue meters is great. However, I never could get past the looks of McIntosh gear....looks like Radio Shack to me  :|

However, I could easily be swayed to the Pass Labs camp in the looks and performance department when it comes to the blue meters  :thumb:

Absolutely......however, I still have a soft spot for chunks of metal without meters as well  :wink:

Thank you.  Bryston 12V car Amps.  I would buy them. :)

McIntosh was one time owned by Clarion Japan, hence the receiver and CD Changer were made in Japan.  Amps were always made in Binghampton, NY USA.  :)

The receiver is a true audiophile.  No iPod connection, no music search, etc...plain as Jane.
