Congrats to the City of New Orleans and fans of their Saints. That was about as beautiful of a second half as I've ever seen. Sean Payton put his team into another gear beginning with his on side kick off to open the half. No matter what AFC team was out there tonite, dem Saints weren't gonna be denied. Great, great win!

Pete Townsend had numerous wardrobe malfunctions. The NFL needs to find some less nostalgic, more exciting acts for SB halftime show.

Peyton Manning will never win another Super Bowl. In fact, I doubt if he'll ever play in another one. Tennessee and Houston will provide competition next year. Other AFL teams are coming on. Finally, I was really happy for Drew Brees. He's a good, humble, hard working man. Also was glad to think about the Chargers and Phil Lip Rivers. Both Eli Manning and Drew Brees have now won Super Bowls and the Lip never has.

New Orleans is surely in full party mode already and Mardi Gras is only 9 days away.

That's exactly how I saw it. The Colts played like it was another day at the office and got beat by the Saints heart. Gongrats from an Indy fan, Note the ind in my id.

The game was rigged! Where were the flags? Any other game and there would be 5 times this many flags per quarter even if not necessary! Fuxxxxing rigged!

I agree. Manning's check must have bounced. Indy usually has the best refs money can buy, I've never seen anyone get so many sweetheart calls as the Colts. Guess not today, though!

I dunno Rob, maybe the Colts coach should have sat Peyton Manning down a few games earlier before the end of the season as he sure looked tired out there.

AFAIC, the "play it safe" team got what they deserved,,,, 2nd place!

N.O. has been a 4th quarter team all year. Usually they have much more than 10 points to make up.
Payton owned Peyton. It was nice to see a game that wasn't decided by the refs. The only call that I saw as questionable went against the Saints on the Colts final drive. I was in the kitchen but from what I saw it was unnecessary to call that personal foul. Let the good times roll.

Great game! I'm happy for the Saints and their great fans. To all of the Manning haters, you don't know football. With the exception of one interception, Manning played a great game and was not the cause of the loss. Indy receivers dropped some very catchable balls that would have changed the game and Indy defense decided to take the night off. I've never seen so many people so wide open in my life. Drew was playing catch with those receivers after the first quarter.

How balzy was that on-side kick to start the second half? That was an amazing play that could have been disaster if the ball would have rolled the other way. It was the Saint's night and I'm happy for some of the best fans in the league!
