Colts over Jets, New Orleans over Minn, or not.

DAMN!  I have to go into work tonight at 5.  Will miss the 2nd game.

I would like to have Indy fans experience what it is like to lose to the lowly Jets.  They have the franchise, so let 'em get the whole experience.     :icon_twisted:

Bitter?  What makes you think I am bitter?

Lot of cheap talk going on in the purple corner today, it would be a shame of the black & gold came back to bite them in the butt at the end of the day. Of course if this does happen, I'll be remembering them purplepeopleaters from last weekend.  :icon_twisted:

GO JETS :thumb:                     GO SAINT'S :thumb:

I don't have a dog in this fight.  My wife wants to see Indy and the Vikes in the Super Bowl.  Those are her 2 favorite quarterbacks (along with Warner - but that's another story and not for this year...)

I am not sure I can watch tonight's Saints game. Might have to just check in once in a while.

GO SAINTS

I won't be able to watch either start to finish - moving pictures and painting touch ups in my main floor HT, but will check into both at some point for sure.

More likely I can catch more of the 2nd game, once the kiddies are in bed.

Would love to see the Jets get through, and the Vikings.

Yep, I'm ready.  :thumb:

I won't be able to watch the whole Jets-Colts game; I have a kid's birthday party to go to.

Other than that, I am pulling for our hometown boy Scott Fujita, USC alum Reggie Bush, and the rest of the Saints to kick the crap out of the Vikes.  :thumb:

Who the hell schedules a kids party on a day like today???  :duh:

Go Saints,
Jerry

I'm gettin ready.  A little Need for Speed with the boyz then Dad gets the TV.
I have very mixed emotions on that second game.  :|
For the first game I would be for the Colts but Thomas Jones did what I needed him to do in my FFL to win first place and $450   :thumb:  so he's my buddy right now.
GO JETS !!

I have no horse in the show in the first game, but expect the Colts to win.

Since I am originally from Minnesota and grew up with the Vikings, that is where my heart is for the second game.  I think New Orleans has the edge and and it will come down to whether or not the Viking's defense can do what they did to Dallas last week.

This past summer I supported the idea of the Vikings picking up Brett Favre.  But everyone I talked to thought it was a bad idea.  "He's washed up," they'd say.  To me, it didn't matter.  Brett is just a kid at heart and so much fun to be around, I thought the team would love to play with him and his excitement would be infectious.  It sure seems that was the case.  He is also a great coach for fellow team-mates.  So I'm really glad they picked him up and it would be real nice to see him play in the Superbowl again.  That may not happen, but would be a nice story at the end of his career.

Go Vikes!

Guys:

Ole Peyton has found that he will not be able to sit back in the rocking chair and pick the Jets Defense apart this afternoon.  The Jets are coming after him big time and if history tells us anything Peyton does not play well under pressure!

That quarterback sneak by the Colts was a dumb call.  I'd have thought they were damn lucky even if they had of made it.  They didn't see how the Jets were lined up?  The Colts D IS playin the run tough as nails, tho.

Anybody else impressed with the Jets play?  Is Rex Ryan coach of the year or what?  Where did that cool head on Sanchez come from?  Damn!
