Hello all, my name is Trevor and this is my 1st post here. Seem to have some pretty knowledgeable folks here so I figured this would be as good a place as any to ask a some questions about the JD-9a. I'm pretty good with an iron as I have modded a couple of DAC's, TT's and amps over the years. I read this post by undertow,,,

I want to replace the output caps too but I'm looking for an alternative to $150 caps at this point. Has anyone tried blackgates or auricaps or something? Also I have 4 opa627's on hand so I would have to buy 2 more (the unit takes 6) but the place that I bought the ones I have is no longer in business. Can anyone recommend a source? Thanks in advance...
