Hugh, I am very interested in seeing what these models look like. I wonder if my "mystery machine" H2AS was a precursor to these forthcoming units?

Hugh, when you are making your post you will notice a series of icons above the text box (and above the smileys). the furthest left at the bottm line is used to upload pictures. I think the JPEG format may be the best option.

James,

Thanks.

Let me try to post some of the prototypes then.

Third Model.

This is high-end stuff (read Toyota vs Lexus).

James,

You can say that again.

I was in audio heaven when Mr. Wang (Melody owner) let me play with his own toys in his sound room. :)

On top of that, the way he treats his worker actually seals the deal for me.
He furnishes them with nice working environment, 3 meals a day, and sleeping quarters right on the premise.

May be I should start a separate thread highlighting my trip to Melody and Shanling.

That would be cool! 6moons did a similar thing a few years back around the same time as the i2a3 was reviewed. They really have a wonderful looking facility. I had originally been looking at a Cayin amp, but once I read the review of the Melody, then did a virtual tour of their facility, then listened to a Melody at Loyalty sounds (They carry both brands so I was able to listen to both), I was hooked. I also think the Melodys are some of the finest looking audio gear around.

What was the brand name on that 845 (I assume?) amp? This is their "lexus" line? Are you able to talk prices at this point?

Hugh, my only complaint with the Melody line is the nearly complete absence of technical info. I think it would be a beneficial to provide as much detail as you can if you create a website for this line.

Soliciting some reviews would also be very helpful, as they seem to have dropped off the map in the last 3 years. Publicity is always good for sales, and I suspect any critique of these amps would be positive.

Does Anyone have any experience with the Melody H300B Integrated?  I have heard conflicting reports on the pairing of the ZU's with a 300B Tube....any thoughts?

James,

Now that I am involved, it will rectified.

Yes, it is their high end line.

Pricing will be posted on my website as soon as it becomes available.
It should be about 2 weeks.
