I noticed on the Apple forum that it looks like there is a way to also do this in Itunes:

It's near the end of the thread. Any opinions on this? I'm leaning towards doing the Dbpower conversion. I'm just being paranoid and cautious. Don't want to start a long process until I'm sure. Thanks for all the input!
