I have been using Solid Tech Discs of Silence underneath my Bryston 4B SST2 which is sitting on top of a 2" thick maple block on a maple end table. 

When I first got my 4BSST, I thought of using footers then decided against it simply because it was too heavy for me to lift with one hand and place a footer with another. So its placed on the bottom rack as is.
I use Feet of Silence for my CDP so I am very open to using another product from Solid-Tech such as Discs of Silence under the amp.

What other footers do you guys use for your Bryston Amps?
How much of a difference would these footers make?

A properly designed solid state amplifier (and all of Brystons amps fall clearly into this category) will be unaffected by vibrations coming from the environment. Putting it on soft foam pads or suspending them from springs might make it look cool or might make you imagine it is doing something, but it will not.

I use the ones that came with the amp, haha.

I'm not a fan of these aftermarket tweaks, basically.

We can get into a big argument about these products, but I'm not privvy to that.

If items such as these truly work, I would think that the audio manufactures would incorporate them into their amplifier designs.

The Bryston Equipment is Bulit solid as a Rock.
There is absoultly no reason m why Bryston would include springs or modified rubber feet for there equipment.

In My eyes it depends on where when and why any person would need to have springs or Type of equipment that would prevent any type of vibration to disturb a CD player or a TT player.

I would tend to think the only area that would benefit this is the CD player and Turntable as well! I don't really think there is much advantage for the amp itself but I could be wrong!
