I have a couple of subwoofer amps that have gone out.  A buddy has tracked down the bad components however we have not been able to locate replacments.  I have already run them through Occams' search engines stickied above (thanks Occam) to no avail.  The amps are surplus from Apex Jr, the Infinity OVTR 1 amps.  The parts I am looking for are:

SEC RIFS 250
TB2102

These are tranisitors.  I had a hit on the search engine for the TB2102 at American II, but there is no cutsheet available so I have not confirmed it is the correct component (different part number).  It won't do me any good if I can't find the SEC RIFS 250s I need.

Ed, I did a quick search on mouser.com with the first part number. There are several pages of results. However, you're over my head so I don't really now what I'm looking for. The second part number had no results.

Thanks Bob.  I have checked Mouser and all the usual suspects.  Occam has an excellent tool stickied at the top of the Lab forum, it has a few search engines that checks several vendors at a time, no luck. 

I have an email into Harman Int-Infinity div.  I don't know if they will respond but it's worth a shot.
