After reading the recent threads about the Ultimate 70, I sent my Super 70i to Frank yesterday for an Ultimate 70 upgrade.  The Super 70i has some good qualities, but the bass isn't very good, and I listen to the Insight 440 almost exclusively.

I have Salk HT2-TL speakers, which are easy to drive.  Although the Insight 440 produces 220 watts (more, I suppose, into the HT2-TLs' 4 ohm load) per channel, and the U70 produces 30 watts per channel, I have a small room, and I don't need to crank up the volume very high to listen to fairly loud music.  Regardless, I am looking forward to having a better tube amp.

We listen to Frank's HT3's driven by a single Ulta Valve amp on a regular basis.  The Ultra Valve does just fine.  I believe you will be more than happy with your upgrade.

The Ultra Valve has the same circuits as the U70 but in a re-designed chassis.

I'm very glad to have gotten to mine last year! Was a little disappointed with somewhat flabby bass before circuit change. With update its much more solid bass. You might consider going to a larger power transformer, that's what Frank uses on the UltraValve. 5 more watts may come in handy, sometime. Ask Frank if you can hook you up.
