Pileated Woodpecker - not a great shot, taken from a golf cart in Mountain City, Tennessee

Today I saw this hawk sitting on my neighbor's garage holding a pigeon lunch, luckily my camera was just inside the back door. I live a few blocks from downtown Tucson so this is a city hawk.

These are our first Robin babies of Spring. Hard spot to get a shot.

Mama, more than 20ft. away under the dormer of a second story porch, shot from the ground with only a 75mm lens. Had to crop.

Three babies in the nest. Struggled with light, angle and two pissed parents. I tried not to disturb!

Our Southern Illinois farm's resident peacock stands atop our 8ft. garden fence in a regal, early spring mood. If all goes well, we're hoping to get some more peachicks this year.
