Just picked this up this evening on vinyl from BestBuy. I haven't heard any of the songs since I don't listen (normally) to commercial radio. That said, I'm a Sammy fan.
Just spinning through the first couple of songs on side one of this double album...it's not too bad at all. The pressing quality isn't too bad, not stellar like the Cream Reunion but considerably better than the new U2 release on vinyl (which sucks like a Hoover BTW). Overall clarity is decent, bass is pretty even with the rest of the mix, drums & cymbals are compressed and gated do death but that is almost second nature for a "modern" recording anymore.
All in all, some pretty good rockin' tunes and a pretty fair vinyl pressing for 19 clams. Then again, I'm a Sammy fan so I can overlook some short comings.
