 Wow, those do look really nice.  Finish and driver compliment look great.  :thumb:  I can see that Selah Audio may continue to earn my money other than the RC-5G kit I'm trying to wrap up.

This pair was $4,500 due to the very expensive gloss black finish (a true polyester finish like you would see on a grand piano). The drivers are Accuton (7" woofer, dome mid) and a RAAL ribbon tweeter.

How about just the driver/xo kit cost?

Right now I don't have any plans to make this available as a kit.

Actually, that price is not unreasonable considering what the raw component cost.  Think what those other people would attempt to rob you if they were to make something similar. 

Now, only if I had the money to swing out 4.5K.   :duh:

Actually this pair is being used with an outboard TC Sounds 15" subwoofer. A powered subwoofer could be integrated into the design without a problem.
