HiIt seems that most people use the same type of woofer, when they use 2 for each side. In the old G. A. Briggs "Loudspeakers" there is a couple af pages describing the benefits of placing two woofers close to each other, if they have a slightly different resonance frequency. It's mainly a question of damping the peaks of the impedance curves. So, my stupid question is, why aren't there more with different woofers?
