Wow, what a great group of ideas, some witty, some funny and some totally appropriate. Some of the ideas seem to indicate the penultimate, which would imply no room for improvement. We all know as time and technology moves on, there will be improvement.

I don't own any AVA gear, but my thought based on the thread and the high regard of my fellow AC members: AVA Omega Stairway or Omega Ascension (that may have been mentioned) to imply the continuing pursuit of excellence.

I'm not a customer, but I have read many of Frank's posts and he seems like a solid, tell it like it is kind of guy. I also get the impression from reading his customers' comments that his products are too. So...how about calling the new line the Cogent Series?

If you are looking for a unique name the why not call it the " UNIQUE SERIES" or ' UNIQUE PASSIONS SERIES" or "UNIQUE EXTREMES".

Meaning 1 of a kind.

i vote for something more fun and down to earth. all these fancy superlatives in old languages just make me yawn a little bit. besides, given mr. van alstine's frank demeanor (sorry couldn't resist

), it just seems fitting to be a little more quirky.

Well, there are a lot of good names being suggested here. My possibilities to suggest - which may not be the best but I daresay are not the worst mentioned - are:
Intrinsic
Centauri (after Omega Centauri)
Beguile Series
