I loved having you guys over.  I had fun this time - usually too busy running from room to room.  Now I have to decide what to do with these LS monsters.   They're starting to sound better, but not quite as clean as the G2 ribbon in the Salks.

While "clean" is not always == "better", if you're after "clean" sound, I doubt there will be another pair of speakers in this world that will sound "cleaner" than the HT3. Unless...you use some kind of diamond woofers or some sort.

Pete, how much toe in do you have on the 6's?  Upstairs I noticed a more coherent sound on axis.

None right now as they are at the bottom of the stairs waiting for some bodybuilders to carry them up!  I found that wider was better as the soundstage collapsed as you toed them in more.  So very few degrees worked best.

Bob Cook and I enjoyed the evening for sure and were also very interested in the style and planning of your subdivision, which looks like a thoroughly modernized old town with pleasing architecture and even an old fashioned town square.  What an interesting environment.
