SP 1.7 issue with bypass

SP 1.7 issue with bypass

I have a few SACD's that I listen to in multi-channel bypass mode.  Hit play and all I can hear was  the L and R speakers only in the multi chan bypass mode.  Verified all settings several times on SP 1.7 and SACD player.  2 Chan bypass works fine but the multi bypass only outputs in the front 2 channels.   Has anyone encountered this issue?

What player and what discs were you using?

check to make sure the SACD is in fact multi-channel. some are stereo only.

Found the problem, it was set for Stereo instead of multi channel.
