To all DIY/lab gurus:
If I have a preamp and an amp both plug into the same power conditioner, and in doing so is causing the transformer in the amp to buzz, is there a device that I can use to check whether there's some DC flowing out of the preamp into the power conditioner? And how can I tell if it's a DC offset and not leakage?
