By Y-adapter I assume you mean one that has two input/outputs going to one output/input, correct?  If so I believe I saw one at Radio Shack...

Bob is correct, 2 connectors on one end and 1 on the other.  I'll check out Radio Shack, thanks

Thanks for the help. Is there any reason these would cause any losso of accuracy?

Because it is not just 0's and 1's, I believe you have a valid concern.  Jitter and timing are just 2 components in a digital connection that will be affected to a certain extent  by the  Y connector.  But for $20 and shipping costs, try it out and judge for yourself.
BTW, why do you need 2 optical outs from one connector?  You will also need 3 optical cables which will raise the cost over $20.  For glass optical cable at a reasonable price and superb quality try this link: http://mcm.newark.com/NewarkWebCommerce/mcm/en_US/support/catalog/productDetail.jsp?id=24-6485

2 into 1, NOT 1 into 2

I have the radio shack optical "Y", but it is only good for splitting one into two. It will not/does not work for two sorces into one input. I don't know why not, and only found out after I bought the thing, thinking it would!

I use the Rat Shack Toslink adaptor to run two CD players into one P-Tech DAC. You have to turn one player off for the other to play, but it works very well for me.
