Absolutely, as well as tri-amping. I've compared vs single and bi-wire. For best results though, use different wire gauges for each driver: 12 for bass driver, 14 for mid range and 16 for tweeter. These are the gauges used inside the cabinet BTW.

I see. How do you triwire...since our Bryston amps have only 1 set of binding posts per channel. I'm thinking spade lugs...

I would biwire the mid and tweeter using a spade and single wire the bass driver using a banana.

As far as the spade goes, if they are thin enough (like the one www.anticables.com uses, you could simply stack them rather than connecting the two wires to a single spade.

A correction on the wire gauges I quoted above, you should use 10, 12 and 14.

Thanks again. How about using say, 10 gauge for all 3 drivers?

I wouldn't do that. The larger gauges favour the lower frequencies and vice versa. If you are running a single cable, you essentially have to compromise -- select a gauge that will work well enough for all drivers. A 12 gauge cable would be a good average for the needs of the 3 drivers. The benefit of going with 3 cables is that you can select the right gauge cable per driver, you don't have to compromise like you dio with a single cable. Hence, I would go with 10g for the bass driver, 12g for the mid range and 14 g for the tweeter.
